Mezcal60 ml (2 oz)
Cointreau22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Fresh lime juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Agave syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Cucumber3 piece
Fresh coriander leaves2 piece
Fresh chilli1 piece
How to Make It
Gently muddle the cucumber slices, coriander sprigs and chilli slice with the agave syrup in a shaker.
Add the mezcal, Cointreau, lime juice and ice.
Shake hard until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or small coupe.
