Ingredients
- Dark rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Rye whiskey15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Maple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Fresh lime juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Angostura bitters5 dash
- Ginger beer60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the ginger beer to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet.
