Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
Mezcal15 ml (0.5 oz)
Gentian liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
Ancho chilli liqueur7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Pineapple juice30 ml (1 oz)
Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Agave syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
Rim a rocks glass with Tajín and fill it with ice.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a pineapple half-wheel.
