- Elderflower liqueur45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the elderflower liqueur, then the sparkling wine.
- Top with soda water and stir once, gently.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
