Ingredients
Plum brandy (slivovitz)60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
Honey syrup22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Elderflower liqueur7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker; if using the egg white, shake first without ice.
Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
