Ingredients
- Aperol15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur1 tsp
- Fresh lemon juice1 tsp
- Champagne105 ml (3.6 oz)
How to Make It
- Stir the Aperol, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice briefly with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Top slowly with cold Champagne.
- Drop in a cocktail cherry.
