Bourbon or rye whiskey45 ml (1.5 oz)
Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
Black tea15 ml (0.5 oz)
Soda water120 ml (4.1 oz)
How to Make It
Fill a chilled highball glass with ice.
Add the whiskey, elderflower liqueur and cooled black tea and stir to chill.
Top with cold soda water and lift once with the spoon.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and garnish with it and a fresh bay leaf.
