Ingredients
- Dry vermouth60 ml (2 oz)
- Gentian liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Soda water75 ml (2.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Shake the vermouth, gentian liqueur, elderflower liqueur and syrup briefly with ice.
- Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently once.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
