An equal-parts tequila and ancho chilli liqueur sour: warm, smoky-sweet pepper heat cut by lime and rounded with demerara.

Ingredients
- Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
- Ancho chilli liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Demerara syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve without a garnish.
