Breakfast Martini Recipe
A gin sour built around a spoonful of orange marmalade: bright lemon, triple sec and the bittersweet bite of Seville orange peel.

Ingredients
- Gin50 ml (1.7 oz)
- Cointreau15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Orange marmalade1 tsp
How to Make It
- Stir the marmalade into the gin in the shaker until it dissolves.
- Add the Cointreau, lemon juice and ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a strip of orange peel.
