- Rye whiskey45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Honey syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Dry sherry7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Float a star anise pod on top.
