Ingredients
Rye whiskey60 ml (2 oz)
Sweet red vermouth30 ml (1 oz)
Orange bitters2 dash
Angostura bitters1 dash
Sparkling wine30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
Add the whiskey, vermouth and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Top with the chilled sparkling wine.
Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.
