Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml (2 oz)
- Amaro15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Honey syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Angostura bitters1 dash
How to Make It
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in the Scotch, amaro, lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
- Stir briefly in the glass to chill and combine.
