A rye sour with equal parts ancho chilli liqueur: gentle smoky heat, cinnamon sweetness and lemon, finished with a chilli-dusted lemon wheel.

Ingredients
- Rye whiskey30 ml (1 oz)
- Ancho chilli liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Cinnamon syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Angostura bitters1 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Dust a lemon wheel with ancho chilli powder and set it on top.
