- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Orgeat syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Beer120 ml (4.1 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the gin, orgeat, lemon juice and bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top slowly with the cold beer.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
