Ingredients
Gin37 ml (1.3 oz)
Manzanilla sherry15 ml (0.5 oz)
Orange curaçao15 ml (0.5 oz)
Grapefruit juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Tangerine juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
Egg white15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fresh lemon juice10 ml (0.3 oz)
Simple syrup10 ml (0.3 oz)
Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
Shake everything except the soda water without ice to whip the egg white.
Add ice and shake again until very cold.
Strain into a chilled highball glass without ice.
Top slowly with soda water so the foam rises above the rim.
Spritz peated Scotch over the foam and garnish with an orange wedge.
