A long drink that uses a full two ounces of Peychaud's bitters as its base, muddled with strawberry, cucumber and citrus peel and topped with bitter red soda.

Ingredients
Peychaud's bitters60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
Simple syrup30 ml (1 oz)
Strawberries2 piece
Cucumber3 piece
Grapefruit peel3 piece
Orange peel3 piece
Bitter aperitif soda (non-alcoholic)75 ml (2.5 oz)
How to Make It
Muddle the strawberries, cucumber slices and citrus peels in a shaker with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
Add the Peychaud's bitters and let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes.
Add ice and shake until well chilled.
Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice and top with the bitter soda.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
