Ingredients
- Gin30 ml (1 oz)
- Campari30 ml (1 oz)
- Pineapple juice45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Prosecco30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the gin, Campari, pineapple juice, lemon juice and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the prosecco and stir gently.
- Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice.
