Ingredients
- Blanco tequila45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Aperol22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Grapefruit juice90 ml (3 oz)
- Soda water30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add tequila, Aperol, lime juice and grapefruit juice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel and a pinch of black salt.
