Ingredients
Mezcal30 ml (1 oz)
Blanco tequila30 ml (1 oz)
Honey syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard until well chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe.
Express a grapefruit twist over the drink and rest it on the rim.
