Parisien Mojito Recipe
A Mojito in which elderflower liqueur does the sweetening: white rum, mint and lime over crushed ice, with no sugar and no soda.

Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves12 piece
How to Make It
- Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add rum, elderflower liqueur and lime juice.
- Half-fill with crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon.
- Top up with more crushed ice and churn again.
