Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Green Chartreuse15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Demerara syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Kiwi1 piece
How to Make It
- Peel the kiwi and muddle it in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Swizzle with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until the glass frosts.
- Top with more crushed ice and garnish with pineapple fronds and a kiwi slice.
