- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Simple syrup22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves6 piece
- Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the rum, lemon juice, syrup and mint leaves to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and top with soda.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and a lemon wheel.
