Ingredients
- Dark rum30 ml (1 oz)
- Ancho chilli liqueur30 ml (1 oz)
- Pineapple juice45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and dust it with ancho chilli powder.
