- Rosé wine90 ml (3 oz)
- Grapefruit liqueur22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Grapefruit juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Absinthe2 dash
- Soda water30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the rosé, grapefruit liqueur, grapefruit juice and absinthe.
- Top with soda water and stir gently once.
- Express a grapefruit twist over the glass and drop it in.
