Absinthe45 ml (1.5 oz)
Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
Add the absinthe and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard until the shaker frosts over.
Strain into a highball glass packed with crushed ice.
Top with the soda water and garnish with fresh mint.
