- Bergamot liqueur45 ml (1.5 oz)
- White wine45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Green Chartreuse15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Sparkling wine90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Shake the bergamot liqueur, white wine, Chartreuse and lime juice briefly with ice.
- Strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with chilled sparkling wine and stir once, gently.
