Ingredients
- Bourbon30 ml (1 oz)
- Mezcal15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Saline solution3 drop
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until very cold.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Flame an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
