Caribbean Parachute Recipe

Ingredients
- White rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Amaro15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Tonic water90 ml (3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add everything except the tonic to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
