French Pearl Recipe
A minty gin sour with a small measure of pastis, which turns the drink faintly cloudy and leaves a cool anise finish.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Pastis7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Simple syrup22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves6 piece
How to Make It
- Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add the gin, pastis, lime juice and ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe and serve without garnish.
