Gin-Gin Mule Recipe
Halfway between a Mojito and a Moscow Mule: gin, lime and muddled mint finished with spicy ginger beer.

Ingredients
- Gin45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Simple syrup30 ml (1 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves6 piece
- Ginger beer30 ml (1 oz)
How to Make It
- Gently muddle the mint with the simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
- Add the gin and ice and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
