Ingredients
- Dark rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Amaro22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Pineapple juice52.5 ml (1.8 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel, a cherry and pineapple spears.
