Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Fernet-Branca15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cinnamon syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Ginger beer90 ml (3 oz)
- Angostura bitters4 dash
How to Make It
- Add everything except the ginger beer to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with candied ginger, a lime peel and a generous bunch of mint.
