- Aged rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Port wine22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Pineapple juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Fresh lime juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Bergamot liqueur15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Simple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a dried sage leaf.
