Dark rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
Gin15 ml (0.5 oz)
Apricot brandy15 ml (0.5 oz)
Cherry liqueur (Cherry Heering)15 ml (0.5 oz)
Pineapple juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lime juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
Add everything except the soda water to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, lime wheels and a little grated lime zest.
