An Old Fashioned made with dark Jamaican rum and finished with a float of apple juice that lightens the molasses weight.

Ingredients
- Dark Jamaican rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Angostura bitters2 dash
- Apple juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Stir the syrup and bitters with a couple of ice cubes in an old fashioned glass.
- Add the rum a little at a time with more ice, stirring as you go.
- Float the apple juice on top.
