Gin and Italian sweet vermouth at two to one with a couple of dashes of bitters — in effect a sweet Martini.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth30 ml (1 oz)
- Angostura bitters2 dash
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
