Ingredients
- White rhum agricole45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Demerara syrup0.75 tsp
- Coconut water60 ml (2 oz)
- Tonic water60 ml (2 oz)
- Lime disc with peel1 piece
How to Make It
- Squeeze the lime disc into a highball glass and drop it in.
- Add the syrup and rhum agricole and stir briefly.
- Fill with ice and pour in the coconut water.
- Top with tonic water and give one gentle stir.
