Ingredients
- Blanco tequila45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Pineapple syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Fresh lime juice15 ml (0.5 oz)
- Honey7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- White crème de menthe1 tsp
- Lime (cut in wedges)1 piece
- Fresh mint leaves6 piece
How to Make It
- Drop the lime wedge and mint leaves into a shaker and press them gently.
- Add the tequila, pineapple syrup, lime juice, honey and crème de menthe; stir briefly so the honey loosens.
- Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
