Sunflower Recipe
Equal parts gin, elderflower liqueur, Cointreau and lemon in an absinthe-rinsed glass: floral, bright and tart with a whisper of anise.

Ingredients
- Gin22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Elderflower liqueur22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Cointreau22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
- Absinthe1 dash
How to Make It
- Rinse a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe glass with the absinthe and discard the excess.
- Shake the gin, elderflower liqueur, Cointreau and lemon juice with ice.
- Double-strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
