Grand Army's Amaretto Sour Recipe
An amaretto sour with a full measure of lemon and a small dose of Campari, whose bitterness keeps the almond sweetness in check under a thick foam.

Ingredients
- Amaretto60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Campari7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry-shake to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Express an orange twist over the foam and discard it.
