Ingredients
Amaretto45 ml (1.5 oz)
Calvados22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Egg white1 piece
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard without ice to build the foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Express a lemon peel over the foam, discard it, and add a cocktail cherry.
