Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml (0.8 oz)
Passion fruit syrup15 ml (0.5 oz)
Orgeat syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
Falernum1 tsp
How to Make It
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Wrap a long lemon peel around a cherry, pin it with a pick and rest it on the ice.

The Story
Created by California bartender J. "Popo" Galsini, who won the International Bartenders Association world championship with it in 1967. It is often blended with crushed ice instead of shaken.
