Ingredients
- Gin60 ml (2 oz)
- Bénédictine30 ml (1 oz)
- Grapefruit juice60 ml (2 oz)
- Soda water60 ml (2 oz)
How to Make It
- Add the gin, Bénédictine and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with the soda water and stir gently.
