- White rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Pineapple juice37.5 ml (1.3 oz)
- Coconut water30 ml (1 oz)
- Dry sherry7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Fresh lime juice7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
- Simple syrup7.5 ml (0.3 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with two pineapple leaves.
