Ingredients
Aged rum45 ml (1.5 oz)
Galliano15 ml (0.5 oz)
Pineapple juice60 ml (2 oz)
Fresh lime juice1 dash
Prosecco45 ml (1.5 oz)
How to Make It
Add the rum, Galliano, pineapple juice and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
