The Old Man and the Sea Recipe
A long, light rum cooler of grapefruit, lime and coconut water with a pinch of salt — dry, faintly saline and very easy to drink.

Ingredients
- White rum60 ml (2 oz)
- Grapefruit juice60 ml (2 oz)
- Coconut water60 ml (2 oz)
- Fresh lime juice30 ml (1 oz)
- Salt1 pinch
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly, just until cold.
- Strain into a large rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a few flakes of salt.
