Cognac15 ml (0.5 oz)
Aperol22 ml (0.7 oz)
Fresh lemon juice22 ml (0.7 oz)
Port wine15 ml (0.5 oz)
Falernum15 ml (0.5 oz)
Fig jam2 tsp
Cardamom bitters1 dash
Prosecco75 ml (2.5 oz)
How to Make It
Add everything except the Prosecco to a shaker with ice.
Shake hard so the fig jam dissolves completely.
Double-strain into a tiki mug or tall glass filled with ice.
Top with the Prosecco, stir once and garnish with a lemon wedge and a paper parasol.
