Bloody Caesar Recipe
Canada's answer to the Bloody Mary: vodka and clam-tomato juice with Worcestershire, hot sauce and horseradish — briny, savoury and spicy.

Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml (1.5 oz)
- Clamato (clam and tomato juice)120 ml (4.1 oz)
- Worcestershire sauce2 dash
- Hot sauce2 dash
- Horseradish1 tsp
How to Make It
- Rim a tall glass with celery salt and fill it with ice.
- Add the vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and horseradish.
- Top with the Clamato and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.

Invented in 1969 by restaurant manager Walter Chell at the Calgary Inn in Calgary, Alberta, it has since become Canada's unofficial national cocktail.
