A Manhattan with Cynar in place of the bitters: spicy rye and sweet vermouth with an earthy, caramel-bitter artichoke amaro running through it.

Ingredients
- Rye whiskey60 ml (2 oz)
- Sweet red vermouth22 ml (0.7 oz)
- Cynar (artichoke amaro)15 ml (0.5 oz)
How to Make It
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and diluted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
